You’re able to control how your report results are sorted and limited within The Explorer. The default sort order is alphabetical or in the case of time-series reports, chronological, or there’s the option to sort by any one metric and to limit by any selected dimensions.

For example if you want to show the intended user the top 5 Creatives Per Campaign by Channel using CTR% as the success metric.

In the blue area select the success metric to sort by.

In the green area chose if you'd like to sort descending (highest to lowest) or ascending (lowest to highest)

In the pink area chose the dimensions to limit by, you can add a limit to more than one dimension.

You could use this in parallel with Metric Filtering and Dimension Filtering.
