The Bright Analytics Platform is made up of 3 components: You can find all of these components in the Home Page when you log in:

Reporting
You can find all of your folders and dashboards in the reporting area by clicking on the βYour Contentβ link under Reporting or by clicking on on the Bright Analytics logo on the top left corner to open up the content menu pane:
To the right, lies all the management tools and account settings. The content of this menu depends on your user permissions. You can see features such as the planning app, your alerts and your favourites. Admins can access many of the management features you can see listed below.
2. Semantic Layer (Data Model):
The Data model is the area where you can create your Metrics & Dimensions to report on. Here you can apply complex logic to your Metrics & Dimensions to meet your reporting requirements.
3. Data Acquisition (ETL):
The ETL area is where you use our API library to connect and ingest your marketing data. You can set up jobs and apply rules to make sure you are bringing in the correct data, e.g: Data granularity, extended properties or even filtering out any unwanted data.
