Sometimes you just want to see  the Top 10 results for a given metric.
Applying a 'limit' and a 'sort' to your report will let you do this.

1. click the cog against the report you want to edit:

this will bring up a menu of functions:

2. Click 'Edit' : this will take you into the report editor

3. Locate the 'Sort by' section at the bottom of the report editor:

Here you can select how you want your report data sorted and optionally lets you restrict results to only the Top 5 / 10 / 20 results.

If you require a different number of results just type it in and this option will be added:
