An overview of the heatmap visualisation and its customisations

The heatmap visualisation is a great way to visually represent the impact of one metric across two dimensions. Although the heatmap visualisation works well with one dimension, it is more impactful with two.

If multiple metrics are selected, a toggle option from them appears at the bottom of the report.

Hovering over a section of the heatmap will reveal more information about that segment.

There is also the option to see data labels. This can be found on the visualisation widget.


Finally, the min and max colours can be changed by clicking into their colour. This will open up the colour picker. Then, the rainbow is your oyster.
